Well, I am just going to start off with telling you about my day. I woke up realllly early to study for a quiz. I went to work half asleep and half blind. Took the quiz—it didn’t go well—and then proceeded to be a zombie through the rest of work with no emotion and little to no speech. (Sorry coworkers) Why does this matter…
Well, I recently upped the ante and started monitoring what I ate and began hardcore exercising. WRONG IDEA. Today, I was cranky, introverted, and sucked the happiness out of the world. So, I did what any other only child would do and griped to my parents, my workout-every-day-twice-a-day-even-though-I’m-fifty parents. Yeah, it was enlightening.
Papa Huevo, after hearing my complaints about trying to get rid of my pudginess and weight gain gave me a challenge. Trim Down to Graduation. He gave me a challenge to stop the over-the-top workouts and do a feasible 20-30 minute HARD workout every day (like Insanity) and watch what I eat and to take into account screw ups: drinking, parties, free food and any other spontaneous eating. By graduation, I should be visibly trimmed down to my liking. So, I said DEAL.
Now, this is mostly going to be me doing some serious portion control and not getting that extra cheese burrito with a sugar packed margarita during happy hour. There are many blogs I follow about healthy eating so this should be relatively…hard.
This brings us here to my awkward video. I babble. Deal with it. I am going to be documenting my journey to healthier eating. If you don’t care about it and don’t want to see this, hide me. I promise I won’t be offended. Well, the video is below and I will be updating y’all on my successes (and my failures!).
